Elon Musk’s xAI Secures $6 Billion in Series C Funding

According to the news from The Paper, Elon Musk’s xAI has raised an additional $6 billion in funding. On December 24th, Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company xAI announced on its official website the completion of a $6 billion (approximately 43.8 billion yuan) Series C funding round. It is reported that this round of financing will be used to further accelerate their infrastructure and speed up the development of future technologies to fulfill the mission of understanding the true nature of the universe.


Currently, the market value of xAI has surpassed $40 billion. According to Forbes, this funding round involved 97 investors, with the minimum investment amount being $77,593, although the documents did not disclose the specific identities of the investors. xAI announced on its official website that the investors include BlackRock, A16Z, Saudi Group Holding Company Kingdom Holding, Fidelity, Sequoia Capital, NVIDIA, and AMD.
