JD.com Announces 2024 Year-End Bonus Plan and Salary Increases

According to Zhengguan News, on December 23rd, JD.com released its 2024 year-end bonus plan. In the first year of implementing a 17-salary structure and gradually moving towards a 20-salary system, employees with an annual performance rating of A+ within departments that achieve 17 salaries will receive 20 salaries. JD.com’s procurement and sales department has an average of 23 salaries for 2024.
Following on December 25th, after an average salary increase of 30% for all JD.com customer service staff in February this year, JD.com Group announced an upgrade to customer service personnel’s salary and benefits, with over 20,000 JD.com customer service staff achieving an average salary increase of two months.

The third surprise came from insiders close to JD.com, who revealed that on the same day, which was also the first day of JD.com’s New Year Goods Festival, Liu Qiangdong, the founder and chairman of JD.com Group, personally placed an order for 80,000 boxes of chocolate, sending a ‘New Year Winter Surprise’ to JD.com employees across various locations such as Beijing, Suqian, Chengdu, Wuhan, and Datong. He jokingly mentioned that his fingers were numb from clicking so much. Currently, employees in different regions have successively received the loving chocolates from Brother Dong.
