With precise energy efficiency control technology, the multi-core power consumption of the Dimensity 8400 CPU is reduced by 44% compared to the previous generation, helping to extend the battery life of terminal devices.
The Dimensity 8400 is equipped with the Arm Mali-G720 GPU, with a peak GPU performance increased by 24% and power consumption reduced by 42% compared to the previous generation. In addition, the Dimensity 8400 also supports advanced frame insertion technology and MediaTek’s Star Speed Engine, which can bring smoother and more stable gaming experiences with low power consumption. The Dimensity 8400 integrates MediaTek’s flagship AI processor NPU 880, with the full big-core CPU and powerful NPU working together to provide high-speed generative AI task processing capabilities.
